Taco Bell

"Your cashier Sheena is rude as hell and needs to go through corrective measures. I was trying to say something to her and she slams the window on me before I could even finish. If she doesn’t like her job, maybe she should find a new one. Never have I ever had a rude cashier going through the drive-thru before until her."

"The employees here are extremely rude and dense. They’ll mock you and make fun of your order as well as roll their eyes if you ask for a sauce packet, or literally anything that may pose a minor inconvenience to their day. On top of that, their manager condones this behavior and doesn’t care enough about their job to try and fix anything. On top of that, they refuse to take multiple orders from one party, whether you’re in the store or in the drive thru. They also don’t know how to or don’t care to be able to split payments (like using two cards for one order or paying some in cash and the rest on a card). I could go on and on about this place, but I’ll leave it at that."

"I don't know if they were just having a bad night, or if this restaurant has just gone downhill drastically. The service tonight was not good. It took at least 10 minutes to get our orders. I only ordered a nachos bell grande and a drink. The fountain machine in the dining room was out of ice. The condiment station was a mess, with actual trash stuffed into some of the sauce packet containers. The counter by the fountain machine was so wet and dirty that I didn't want to set my bag on it while got my drink. There were very few people in the dining room but every available table was dirty. The trash cans were full and needed to be taken out as well. It looked like no one had tended to the dining room in a very long time. They didn't appear to be particularly busy, as several of the employees could be seen standing around and talking in the kitchen. I used to frequent this location, and have had good experiences, particularly during lunchtime. In fact, this Taco Bell is out of the way for me, but I drove here anyway because the service at the Taco Bells closer to my home usually leaves quite a bit to be desired."

"The employees here really need to watch what they're saying when they have customers in line. I placed an online order. It wasn't even ready when I got here. As they were making my order they were talking trash about my order and making fun of it. We stayed to eat it here and then one of the people talking trash noticed it was for my kid. The tables are all dirty. It's not even busy and people are waiting 15 20 mins for their food."

"I ordered a bean burrito easy red sauce add meat. I received a bean burrito with only beans and EXTRA beans. I could not eat it. I waited 20 minutes at the drive through for this garbage. Also, I worked four years at taco inn so I know how to fold a burrito. The thing that I was handed was unsalvageable. Teach your employees to fold a burrito so that it is uniform and does not leak from every seem. Edit... line out to the street, really..."
