"I had Mary Ellen's cater in lunch for our awesome staff at Southpointe. From start to finish, they were AWESOME!! Nate was very professional in regards to answering all of my questions by email to set everything up, and Charles was FANTASTIC in regards to delivering everything and making sure we had everything we needed. The food, AS ALWAYS, was AMAZING!! Fried Chicken was so good and the sides were great too!! Support this local business. You won't be disappointed!! Thanks Mary Ellen's for making our catered lunch so great!"
"I have heard good things about Mary Ellen’s, was excited to try it , the pulled pork was very flavorful and moist , unfortunately it was so wet in a matter of minutes my bread my so soggy I couldn’t eat it , the cornbread I think may have been old it was very dry and almost rock hard , I ordered Mac and cheese which had barely any cheese and tasted like plain noodles . I think there is a potential with knowing how good the meat tasted but overall I was very disappointed"
"Good portions, layers of flavor, cooked to perfection. Hands down the best cornbread I've ever had, and they do something *magical* to those sweet potatoes. Beautiful people serving beautiful food. I'm telling everyone I see to go get a plate."

"Visitor from Owensboro, KY. I paid $15 with tax for buffet which included a drink. My food was delicious. Buffet included Ribs, catfish nuggets, pulled pork, roasted chicken, beans, coleslaw, and mac n cheese. I don’t know if they change the buffet to different items depending on the day. I enjoyed everything on the menu. Will definitely be back :) Thanks for a wonderful meal!"
