"Ordered on the app at 145pm. 2pm pick-up. No sandwiches. They only have two kinds of bread. So I pick wheat. There was one other customer, who came in while I was waiting, walked out before me. Waited 15 minutes. Got home and the sandwiches were terrible. Stale bread, soggy middle and a piece of rotten lettuce stuck on the bread. Gag. No thanks."
"I order a sandwich, and somehow I get no lettuce. I thought the #15 came with lettuce. The menu says it does, the picture says it does. So what about my sandwich? No? No lettuce? Terrible. Staff didn’t offer to make it right or anything, more or less told me to get out the store. Terrible."
"I come to the 120 & Center all the time. The older blonde hair lady who said her name was Lisa was very rude because I gave her an expired coupon! I told her I grabbed the wrong one. She told me that she wasn’t the one who forgot the correct coupon! I did have the correct one in the car & she gave me attitude when I came back in with coupon. Did not appreciate her customer service. Not a happy customer."
