"Neglected to let my husband and I know our car they sold us was previously in an accident and refused to give us a car fax. We bought the Fairfax and when we showed them it had been wrecked they tried to say a blown tire gets reported as an accident and refused to fix the bad wheel bearings e discovered the first week of ownership! We had to take it into team and have the tiny bit of warranty cover it because it seemed like they were waiting for the warranty to expire before they were willing to fix anything properly! Definitely will NOT return to do business with them anymore."

"Be cautious buying from this place. I was helping a friend look for a commuter car. We looked at and test drove one of their cars on a Saturday and she told them she would think about it. She looked at it again that following Wednesday and she asked what they were willing to get for the car. She offered the price point they gave and asked if they would be willing to have a mirror fixed and possibly new tires (tires were bare). Both reasonable requests. They said they would get back with her. She never heard from them. She had her husband call that Saturday as she was out of town and they had sold the car to someone else without talking with her. She had made an offer first, the least they could have done was said no, but they didn’t even have the decency to call her back. Poor business practice!"

"Make sure u do your homework before buying a vechical from them. Went to look at a 2019 Nissan frontier that they have for a buddie of mine. They worked on a price and it was looking to be a sale. The dealer then told us yes clean vechical no previous wreck that they got it from another dealer we do business with. Which dealers do all the time trade vechicals back and forth so it was understandable. So they had a deal made so we ran home to grab the check from my buddies bank. I had a strange feeling about the pickup so I googled the VIN and oh my God this pickup came from a salvage auction in colorado. Wrecked beyond belief. I was so upset because if I wouldn't of looked my buddie would have make a big mistake by purchasing a pickup which has been in a severe wreck. Very scary business. So then my buddie called them to question them on this detail they left out and they acted like they had no clue who he even was. No apology nothing. Very poor business practice"
