"Yesterday we stopped in to B&J on old cheyney and paid for "add-ons" that we did not get, nor did they add the egg on the egg sandwich. The teenagers working there seemed more concerned about quickly getting through the line than actually making the orders properly. They slapped together messy, saucy "sandwiches" for us and sent us on our way. Plus we noticed while standing in line the floor behind the counter was absolutely filthy and dirty. We were so disappointed, so we called to give them an opportunity to make it right. Instead they claimed they couldn't hear us on the phone and didn't offer to refund nor even an apology for our horrid experience. We won't be back ever again. Sad cause we used to love this place!"

"Always go to the Old Cheney store every couple weeks. Usually get a large dark roast coffee or an Americano. On rare occasions I will get a bagel and even rarer a burrito. Food/Coffee is always good. Service is great though. A+"
