"Small venue with a big flavor. This was my first time visiting MUCHACHOS at Lincoln, NE, and I will definitely be coming back. Had two flavorful tacos, one chicken one beef, with tender meat, smoked to perfection top with avocado citrus sauce. The owner treated me with a generous sample of their special Hatch Mac and cheese that was to die for. What a tasty experience. I also had the Watermelon Matcha Latte, which is also a winner in my book. If you ever visit Lincoln NE, this should be an official stop."
"Amazing food and drinks! Whether you need a coffee bar, a hard alcoholic drink, beer, pop, or just water, this is the place to stop at! The food is amazing. I can't wait to go back to try something else. My new pregame or post-game goto restaurant!"
"The food was magnificent as usual! You have to give this place a try! My favorite is the Hatch Mac Burrito with brisket! The brisket and mac combination is fire! They offer optional coleslaw and a variety of salsas to add to your burrito. If you are unsure, they will put them on the side. Their burritos are huge! If you are a meat lover, I recommend trying the Pipeline. That thing is huge! It's packed with brisket, pork, chicken, rice and beans. It's also delicious! It is always a treat eating here! I hope you give it a try for yourself!"
"First off, the food here is amazing! A nice blend of BBQ and Mexican. I had the brisket and hatch Chile Mac quesadilla, which was massive! I didn't know they made tortillas that big! The only downside to the place is the size...which just means they should grow into a bigger location. We stopped for lunch with a group of 6 and it was literally impossible to sit. We sat outside when it was 40 at a picnic table, which would be nice in the summer!"
