"This is the closest location to my house so I come here often. Today (March 28, 2024) I just wanted to mention that I watched the person handing out food in the window didn't have gloves on and touched all of my fries, maybe to ensure the correct order. However, I would prefer if the workers would refrain from putting their ungloved fingers into my fries. She seemed flustered and unconcerned about health. Had it not been so busy, I would have asked for new ones."

"Very disappointed with the service. Waited at drive up window for over 10 minutes. Called the store to ask if all was okay and if they were open and taking orders. The answer was yes and i proceeded to wait another 10 minutes. No apology for the wait or even a friendly greeting."

"Been maybe a yr or more since been to mc Donald's on a whim decided give them another chance. Was shocked food was good and hot service was great. Ask for Paul he was a great server and was impressed. Quit going to fast food and he actually made our experience worth while. Shout out thanks Paul did a great job because of you we will be back ya restored our faith in fast food thanks bud."

"Honestly, it's McDonalds so the food is usually pretty consistent, and on this day, I only wanted a soda. But what stood out on this visit was the young man that served me made a point to tell me to check the lid on my drink bc he thought it came loose as he handed it to me. I greatly appreciated that he didn't want it to spill on me or in my car. Great demostration of customer service!"

"I usually like this McDonald's but this time was not one of those visits. Waited quite some time to get to the window around 2pm on a Sunday. Got my drinks and was told to pull up and wait. I waited so long I was getting upset. Finally got the food and drove 3 blocks home food was cold and old and couldn't even eat it. The wife's quarter pounder was hanging out of the box and smashed. Greece all over all the burger containers. This was a terrible experience. I usually come by early so i mostly deal with the morning crew that does a great job. Hope they can get this figured out."
