"I want to give five stars there was a couple of things that made it hard to do five stars. First of all the in person service was amazing Charles was so friendly and made sure that I understood everything and he understood my expectations and what I was wanting in regards to the tires I needed for my car. He was very good at communicating calling multiple times with questions just to clarify and make sure that he had information correct. I appreciate their willingness to do a payment plan instead of one lump sum. My tires were done in a timely manner and within the time frame that they had quoted me. The only issues I had was when I called to initially set up my appointment the gentleman on the phone who took my information was more interested in getting my information and not answering any of my questions he rushed through everything and then told me my appointment time and hung up. The other issue was I was informed that my spare tire would be put back onto my car where it belongs instead finding it just thrown into the back of my car. Borrowing those two fairly minor things it was a wonderful experience definitely recommend."

"This place is a scam. My fiance bought tires there and made payments but would get calls from there monthly saying payments were missed when though they were paid. They would call and apologize every month saying there was a system error and they should have never called. He was told every month they would fix the issue but they never did so he paid it off early as to not deal with them. He was told there was a warrant on these tires and just got a screw in the tire. He took the car in to get repaired but was told they would not be able to to fix the tire because the damage was in the side wall when we found the screw in the tread. They refused to remove the tire so he could show them where the screw was. He was told he could pay more money to have the tire replaced. He told them no he would take it to someone else who knew how to do their job. This place will do anything to scam you out of money."

"Best tire place I have found in Lincoln hands down! I've been coming here for 2 -3 years and have gotten tires and rims. They have always done an amazing job of making sure my car is safe. Devon always goes out of his way to make sure my family is safe! Best place ever!"

"R&R is definitely my go to rim and tire shop! They are always very helpful and kind! They always know how to answer my questions. I’ve been through them for two vehicles now and they have helped me through both of them even got me on an extremely affordable biweekly payments! I love these guys! Going from 16 inches to 20 inch rims was a bit of a jump but after seeing the tires and rims on my suv I fell in love! I Will always have good things to say about them!"

"Needed some tires quickly and Sam's Club told me over a week before they could install. RNR had them in stock and did them for pretty close to same price, within hours of my phone call. They are typically a rent-to-own establishment, but welcome the cash sale customers also. Huge props for getting my car in and out in very prompt fashion. Definitely will remember them in the future."
