"Rob was great to work with. I really enjoyed the text updates with all the maintenance done and the results of the inspection. I dislike that the inspection came back with 11 "critical" issues. A lot of those issues were items needing replaced because they were past the manufacturers recommended mileage/time limits. I trust your team to tell me exactly what I need to do to keep my car in good health while being budget conscience. If I truly needed to do all 11 repairs to keep my car from breaking down, I would have but it feels like a scheme to get more money out of me. I would prefer your service department treat the customer like a friend and look out for what is best for me and my car. If the manufacturer recommendation is 30,000 miles and the wear on the part is severe, I want to replace it. If the part hardly looks worn, I would like you to tell me that despite the recommended milage."

"I was met by Travis at the beginning of my oil change appointment and he ask about what I needed done. I ask about having the transmission diagnosed, Travis was straight forward telling me the cost first, then ask me if I wanted them to look at the transmission. I told him No, not at this time. The vehicle Inspection sheet David provided was very clear indicated everything he checked while completing the oil change. I plan on having the transmission checked at a later date."

"Great atmosphere and everyone was very nice and patient with me. It was my first oil change since purchasing my car from y'all and I hadn't a clue as to where to drop it off. Or whom to speak to about what I was there for. After about 3 minutes I was asked if I was being helped, I said no and the gentleman immediately helped me and personally walked me to where I needed to be and did not leave my side until he made sure someone was immediately helping me. I couldn't recommend you guys enough! Thanks!"

"My advisor was fine to work with (Brittney), communication was fine. The dealership had my vehicle since before Christmas (6 weeks) telling me that it was unknown when parts would arrive. About halfway into this stretch I asked about a loaner vehicle. Was told the dealership was all out of them. As a longtime customer who has bought two new vehicles and several used vehicles, I was a little put off by the long wait and lack of an offer to secure an interim vehicle. The actual repair seems to be sufficient at this point and time."
