"Wish i could do negative stars. My advisor was the biggest most condescending a**. Just dropping off my vehicle i honestly just said cancel my appointment and I'm leaving. He talked me into leaving my vehicle but i knew what was going to happen and well it happened. Then i went to just get my vehicle and he just kept insisting on arguing with me. I was just going to pay and leave but that would have been to simple. Well I'm taking it to a good ford dealer and getting it fixed. Anderson ford has always been a joke and always will be. I'll never go back again."

"Trenton really did not want us to leave our vehicle. Said they probably wouldn’t get to it that day. It was 11 am. Could be Saturday before they got to it. Tone said it all. Need to change tone and make customers feel welcome. Car was done 3 hours later which was great! When we picked it up the person who checked us out said it had been a slow day. Website says no appointment necessary. I understand that can mean getting backed up. But you need to be nice. Even the person with me made a comment about him not wanting my business."
