"Everyone is very nice and restaurant is clean. However, clearly cutting corners with the cheese curds. Every time I go there’s less breading. Considering they’re known for this, sucks"
"Slowest location in Omaha . Drive thru constantly backed up. Even if you order a drink they make you pull forward. Not to mention they are so backed up there’s never anywhere to pull forward so then you’re stuck in the middle ."
"The wait time for placing the order, paying for it, and receiving it, were all too long for the worth/convenience of eating at a fast food restaurant, let alone the drive thru. We were handed three orders that were not ours before getting our actual order. The sodas were flat and one didn’t even have ice in it, and the food bag was soaked through with grease like it had been sitting there for awhile. When I went to check if our order was correct, I grabbed one of the sandwiches but the wrapper had some much grease on it, that the burger fell out and landed on the floor of my car! We’ve come to this Culvers a few times in the past two years, but this was the nail in the coffin. We would rather drive 25 minutes to a different Culvers, than go to this one that’s less than 5 minutes away. I felt like we were at a McDonald’s rather than a Culvers. I know they can do better than this. I’ve already taken the survey so don’t bother replying to my review about that, use that time to train your employees."
"I ordered a chocolate concrete mixer with Reese’s pb cup and Oreos. When I got to the window, I was handed a vanilla concrete mixer with Oreos and Reese’s pb cups. I informed her politely that I ordered a chocolate concrete mixer. She took it back, then handed me a the same concrete mixer, reblended with some chocolate syrup. I had a feeling it was not correct, but I just accepted it and left."
"The team members were very friendly and professional. The food was served hot and fresh and they made sure it was dressed the way I wanted. The lobby could use some TLC and the windows were covered in kid smudges all over, but it was late afternoon, early evening. But, it was still as good experience. Went on a Tuesday early evening."
