"I was very disappointed by this location. I sent my elderly mother there about 9 months ago to get a new battery. The battery died so she took it back for warranty replacement. They originally told her the alternator was bad. She took it to the dealer who diagnosed it with a bad battery. Even with the dealer diagnosis, they refused to warranty the battery. In the end, my mother had to buy a new battery at the dealer. That fixed the problem, been running well this last month. Unfortunately, I won't be sending anybody back to this location as I feel they scammed my mother."
