"24 hour location, we go around 11:30, multiple cars in the drive-thru already, cars behind us, they say they aren’t taking any “Uber eats, doordash or delivery orders” and we say we aren’t any of those, the woman says “okay well we’re not taking orders right now” with no reasoning. If a system is down or something it’s understandable but at least let us know, don’t take the orders of the people in front of us then as far as I’m aware take the orders of the people behind us too. Bad service, rude employees, didn’t even get to review the food. 1/10"
"I stop at the restaurant regularly cause its by my house and its easy to grab a bite to eat after a day at work. Three out of five times its wrong and i have to throw away the food. Usually its the double cheeseburger that gets wrong, I get it ketchup only but they always seem to throw pickles or onions on it. I purchased a mango pineapple smoothie as well tonight and its basically white with no taste whatsoever. Service felt rushed with no real words being said."
"Your employees need to learn how to treat the customers better. She automatically assumed that I was done ordering and has a huge attitude. I didn't even get to order for my children. My order is usually wrong, and the drive thru takes forever."
"We're regulars at McDonald's with busy schedules during the week, but this visit did disappoint! The drive thru went smoothly. However, the food sucked. Our burgers were on old buns that were crunchy and stale, the fries had been sitting awhile, and after asking for salt packets, they still did not give them to us! We're all about second chances, so hoping for better the next time around!"
