Bruegger's Bagels

"It’s annoying they charge $2 to substitute cream cheese for the sundried tomato spread. That’s a ridiculous price & it should be able to be substituted if someone doesn’t enjoy that spread since most sandwiches come with cream cheese. The main manager won’t charge me but the reg employees do when I would rather use that to tip but I won’t when I’m being charged a lot for a little bit of cream cheese. They also tried to scrape off the sundried tomato spread & didn’t make me a new one when I asked for none of that & put it on an everything bagel when I said plain. I had to come back & get it fixed. Then I was given a bagel with no cream cheese at all even though I was charged for it. The bagel was super hard & overcooked"

"I got an onion bagel toasted with cream cheese and a five cheese bagel toasted with butter. They put so much butter on the bagel that the bagel became soggy as if you took it and dropped it into a bowl of melted butter. It was so soggy it was. It just fell apart when I picked it up. The onion basil was okay. I asked for it to be posted. It was more like warmed up. The outside was still as soft as the inside so it wasn't really toasty. We just really warmed up"

"Very dirty. The employees need to get this cleaned up. I don’t know if there are managers or shift supervisors on duty but this place is filthy. I will try another location to see if it is actually cleaned. The tables have not been cleaned. The floors have not been swept or moped. I will not be coming back to the 132nd and center location. Just sad!"

"Smoked salmon bagel sandwich was tasty! They didn't have any coffee cup lids out, which was unfortunate when combined with the wobbly table. Their ability to take card payments was out (probably internet outage?) but the staff handled it admirably!"
