"The food was fantastic but wasn't salted from within. The mushrooms tasted bland on their own but were cooked well, they just needed a little extra salt in the saute pan to make them magical. And a little more salt in the pasta water would elevate their Chicken Damabianka dish. The sauce, chicken, and pasta were cooked beautifully. Can I take home a gallon of the pasta sauce, please!? Our server was friendly and helpful. He was able make great recommendations and knew the menu very well . He also rushed to the kitchen when he learned about allergies. He didn't stop by too often or not enough even though they were busy. The environment has a modern, welcoming feel with knotty pine on the walls. They were busy, but didn't feel like it. I prefer quiet restaurants where I can converse and Napoli's does that well. This was our first time visiting, but we'll definitely be back! I recommend it to my fellow pasta lovers!"

"Food took extra time, so I had to wait, but that’s fair, they were busy. However, my food was lukewarm at best, and my pepperoni pizza had an underwhelming number of pepperoni. One slice had none? Disappointing, especially for the price."

"Who doesn't love Italian food? Everything on the menu had a description that was appealing making it hard to decide. It was a very very broad menu. I chose to go with the chicken carsoni as it was described as a rich pesto sauce. I was disappointed in this dish in every aspect. The presentation was unappealing with everything just thrown together. The sauce was very oily and definitely creamy, but rich it was not. The flavoring was very very bland. I was hoping for a robust flavor but it lacked that or seasonings. I would never get this dish again. I ordered a piece of tiramisu to go, and it was tasty and light. I would do this one again but not make a special trip for it. The one thing to defer me from ever wanting to come here again, was the lack of service. When I walked in, the friend I was meeting was already seated. Upon entering the waiter saw me, began to walk towards me but then once he saw me sit with my friend, he retreated. It was a solid 5-8 minutes before he even approached our table for water/drinks. He wasn't tending to any other table or doing anything. He was only standing by the bar area. I questioned who our waiter was supposed to be because no one came to us. Eventually he came to take our drink orders. Returned with my beer and a warm glass. I declined the warm glass and he then offered to bring a cold one. After he took our food order, I saw him only then to bring our food, and then ask if we wanted boxes. He never returned to ask if we wanted another drink and then I had to flag him down when I saw him again 30+ min later to ask for our tickets. We were here for almost 2 hours for lunch because our service was sooooo slow and nearly absent. I don't have it in me to not tip, but this one certainly wasn't earned."
