"The last 2 times some thing has gone wrong... I order no mustard they put mustard on it, also I got a sandwich with no meat. They used to be one of my favorite places but not now."

"Love the food and store my problem is they can't deliver to me there's not even an option to pay more for it. You almost have to be right next to the store to get it delivered. They need to expand there delivery options considering it's all the way near the interstate."

"Wow slowest jimmy John's ever....1 car at the microphone when I pull up behind them.... they wait about 5 min before they are asked to order....I got to order fairly quick... we almost left as it was some time before they got their order, then the same for us. The order in front of us was not large, close to 20 min to get sandwiches."

"The picture shows half of my $15 sandwich, a giant slim 4 with cheese. The other half was the same sad story. We picked up sandwiches driving through town on our way home, as we have done several times before. We were already back on the interstate when I unwrapped my sandwich to find hardly anything between the bread. If this is how they make a $15 sandwich now, we won't be stopping there any more. Embarrassing."

"First my online order wasn't even on the rack I had to wait in line and get it and then secondly I get a Del Taco cup Jimmy John's. I'd called after I was off of work to explain my frustration and spoke to DJ after this whole incident and DJ proceeded to hang up on me because he didn't want to hear what I had to say. This is the worst customer service I've ever had any Jimmy John's and I'm hoping this situation can be brought to the owners attention. What happened to customers service?"
