"We have eaten here several times since moving to North Platte. My wife loves the cream brulee. After going elsewhere for dinner, she wanted the cream brulee for dessert. We stopped on our way home from dinner and picked it up. When we got home, she discovered that the sugar on top was brulee burnt. Her favorite dessert was inedible. The best morning I called to let them know and told them we still had the entire live if they would like to see it. They said that is how it is supposed to be and that if you don't like it like that you can take the sugar off. I tried to explain that it was not fired, but that it was burnt. I was told that is how it is done and that we could order it without the sugar next time. Before throwing it in the trash after getting off the phone, I touched my finger to the burnt sugar and placed my finger in my mouth. It was so burnt I gagged. I could have picked a cigarette butt out of an ah tray and probably got the flavor. The food doesn't matter if this is the response you get when there is an error with your order. You can see how burnt the sugar is in the photo."

"First. I loved the relaxing dinner music. After driving all day it was perfect. Fettuccine Alfredo was really good. Sausage Spaghetti Pizzola was really good too. Tomato sauce excellent. Noodles perfectly cooked. A nice surprise to find during a cross country road trip."
