"3 times in a row i had food missing! my food was cold old and made incorrectly! Plus they charged me for all sorts of things incorrectly so i paid extra everytime! Even when i call to complain i sit on hold for 30 min at times and get transferred back and forth between loves and taco johns! Not once have they replaced my order like i had asked them to! Tonight burrito was wrong ole was missing sides were not correct and i was charged 4 bucks for sides that should have at most cost 1.99! I called and let them know and hes going to remake it right now even though i told him i wont be back until tomorrow! Im not gonna eat 7 hour old burrito!"

"Amazing food will be back for sure. Food came out fast and was delicious. People were super friendly and great to my husband, son and I. Don't listen to other posters food was huge I ordered two burritos one was the potato and meat and a supreme and they were easily half a pound or more a piece probably closer to a pound. Place was spotless and order was taken fast and food fast. Food had great flavor and was delicious highly recommend this place."

"Wow. Few times I have eaten at a place and felt so completely taken advantage of and ripped off. First and foremost the employee was nice, I will give him that. Too bad he is probably the laziest person on earth. The food this guy threw together was horrendously bad. $5 burritos, and it was literally 80% stale tortilla. It had no actual substance of egg or bacon. I spent $21 on what looked to be about $3 of food as far as portions go. I basically paid $21 for stale tortillas. What a shame. The fact this guy put this together and thinks it’s fair to give a paying customer bottom of the barrel food is one of the worst things a restaurant could do, and clearly get away with it because I’ve already hit the road again. So sad these people and restaurant owners forget who pays the bill… the customer. All I got here was a hole in my pocket and an upset wife. Save your money and go elsewhere. Anywhere is better value. Seriously.. anywhere."

"I haven’t been to a taco John’s in a few years now. Stopped at this one in Sydney Ne. I am mostly disappointed because they have a salsa bar but do not stock it. I asked the associate working and he said they have never used it. I replied what’s the point then, may I have some fresh salsa to go please. “Oh we don’t have that either you have to choose from the packets available” like seriously. Shame on you Taco Johns."

"I couldn't describe the food to you because no one ever came to take my order. I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes before pulling up to the window; only to get a shoulder shrug from the guy working there. He did not even bother to open the window."
