"Been waiting 10 days to hear back after working to return a set of shocks. Customer support representative was rude and unhelpful. Rather than trying to check that I had the right product or troubleshoot the issue Scott Fox proceeded to argue with me about the length of the shock. And when I sent photo proof he began blaming it on my suspension/ fender/ tire setup. Update: — company stopped responding after I requested a return for the second time (returns are supported in their return policy). Cancelled the charge with my credit card provider, bank waited 3 weeks for the company to respond and then approved the back charge. Would not ever use this company. If they are ignoring you, consider reporting them to your bank as well for not honoring their return policy"
