"Prices seem a little high for the product. I asked for a medium well burger with bacon, I did not mention cheese as the menu indicated this was an add on. "No cheese?," you're likely saying. I know, I know, how dare I. Call me a burger purest. Anyway, I received a burger covered with cheese and so overcooked it was like chewing on tree bark along with two strips of overcooked tough and brittle bacon. I immediately pointed out the error. The waitress seemed happy enough to correct it. However the turn around was so swift I feel this was the kitchen retaliating with some left over patty on the grill for sending back the order. All due to the waitress entering the ticket incorrectly. I was subsequently charged for said cheese I again did not order. Sorry to say, there are far better dining options in town. The fries were good though."

"Where do I start? For how expensive the food is, the quality is very very disappointing. Stay away from the ribs. They are so chewy and 40% of it is fat not meat. They were so dry and frankly disgusting. Almost seems like they cooked it the day before and microwaved it the next. The kids Mac n Cheese is just Kraft store bought cheese that happens to cost you more than $9. The only good thing they have is the steak nachos. Those are pretty good. Everything else is overpriced and gross. The chicken wings were raw as well. UPDATE: I just spent the whole night throwing up because of food poisoning."

"Fantastic is an understatement. Food, environment, atmosphere, music, seating, all great. They were busy, full parking lot and still had lots of seating available. Large portions, great taste, and quick. Not a single complaint from me here. Definitely worth stopping in."

"So tasty! I started off with a specialty drink, The Peached Whale, & it was amazing. It was more sweet/peach flavored vs alcohol (which I prefer) For my meal, I ordered the sirloin (medium) + mushrooms & green beans. I enjoyed everything, and will definitely be returning!"

"Steel Grill has excellent quality steaks, great burgers, and a vast selection of alcohol. I make it a point to go here every time I visit Scottsbluff! (Sometimes twice) I always get great service, food, and conversation at this place."
