"Came in for breakfast. The order apparently disappeared. We had to go ask and they said it was lost. Ask if we wanted a dessert no apology. I order still took longer than normal and when it was bought " here is your order." No apology!"

"On 02/27, I had great service. The young lady was making me laugh as she took my order. That made my day. Several employees asked if I had been helped as I was waiting for my food. It’s a rarity to find that kind of attention in most places. Good job everyone! The food was delicious and prepared well. The only thing that stood out was a taco shell seemed to be over cooked or burnt. If it weren’t for that, the food review is a 5-star. This was my first visit to Scottsbluff and Taco John’s helped make it a positive experience."

"Usually this is the best taco johns, usually open and friendly. 12/1 Pulled up at 11:55 they close at 12. Lady working turns off the outside lights as I pull up to order at the drive through. I double check the time it's now 11:56 when she says they are not open. I asked if they were not open till 12, she says yes they are but they are all out of product to sell. I'm thinking she just didn't want to take the order and wanted to close early. If your open till 12 you should be ready and willing to serve till 12, and not lie to me you are out of food while two guys are sitting in a car eating food from there. I'm guessing the boss probably doesn't know they closed early"

"This location is out on Avenue I in our ever growing west side of town. Restaurant is a bit small but has enough tables and booths. Drive-thru times were kind of long the few times I went through. Food has been mostly good with a few times it feeling off. But service is typically great. I like the Grilled Stuffed Taco. Oles are always a must with any meal. Also enjoy their many flavors of breakfast burritos. Restaurant is well maintained and parking is plentiful."
