"I have had sessions with David on two specific topics, both of which hypnotherapy addressed quickly. The last one was an aversion to my CPAP machine, which became important when I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. It was impossible to put the mask on without feeling like I was drowning, and the thought of it cause a lot of anxiety, and I was sleeping less than two hours a night, if that.
