"I agree with the 1 star rating posted a year ago. It took about 30 minutes to get routed to the correct number for Dr Castro (child psychologist). I was disconnected twice. There is no direct number so being transferred is the only way. When i finally spoke with a live person at Casement Behaviorial Health(where this Dr is located) the lady on the phone was rudely apologetic, offering no referral whatsoever. Repeatedly telling me that my insurance was not accepted there...frustrating. By the way I was told Dr Castro is not accepting any new patience anyways. Absolutely no help, and at a time when our children need help the most. How sad."
