"Rude and grossly incompetent. They put a pink slip on my mailbox. When I went to claim my package, they told me they had no packages for me. When I questioned why I would have a slip but no package, I got a rude tone and "I don't know why she'd do that". Two weeks later, they have the audacity to tell my partner we need to pay for return shipping for a package that was sent back because "your spouse never came to pick it up". Absolutely not."

"Rude customer service. Needed some paper work for passport and brought it within my appointment time and couldn’t attend me..? The front female was so rude! Do not recommend coming to this post office."

"Terrible customer service; the man who works there is rude and acts as if he is being inconvenienced. Had to drive to Bernalillo post office to get my questions answered. They were much more professional and helpful there. Although I live 5 minutes from Placitas post office, I will never go back unless this guy is replaced."

"When we moved here about a year ago, we found the employees at the Post Office to be helpful and friendly. Lately this has completely changed. Our mail is often delayed a week while it just sits waiting in the back room. If we come in to get it, we are told they don't have time to look. Today I came in with a delivery notice stating I had a package requiring a signature. At first they insisted the package had been delivered to a box without the required signature. Then they lied to me, stating that the package had been seized by the US Postal Inspection Service. I quickly found out that this was not true when I contacted the Postal Inspector and complained. Placitas, NM Postmaster Eric Setter is one of the worst in the nation. He has no idea what his job is and endangers the public by wrongfully withholding mail containing important items and vital medical supplies. I've filed a complaint with the US Postal Service Inspector General and am hoping they take action against this rogue Postmaster."

"For a small town PO the employees are the best you could possibly hope for. Friendly as a puppy dog and they won't pee on your carpet! Seriously though, I would be very hurt if we lost our friends at the PO. Keep up the good work my friends.................................Dan"
