"Seriously, they absolutely went out of their way to not be helpful. Like they could not be bothered to even try. Honestly the worse post office experience in my 50+ years. Go to Grants, go to Ramah, drive all the way to Abq... but I would not stop here. Message to the employees.... if you don't want to work that day ... just stay home. Customer service is not optional in your business. You make the USPS look bad. Wait for the complaint letter."
