"Extremely overpriced. They told me they would have the inspection results to me by a certain deadline and it was not met. Also promised water quality testing and I have still not gotten my results 6 months later. Would not recommend."

"We are very thankful for DAK returning our request for a well. Ryan was great at returning calls and text messages and very wiling to answer any questions. Despite a very busy summer schedule the crew arrived within a few days of the estimated start date. The drilling crew were very professional and efficient. One challenge we encountered in the process was unexpected fees that were not disclosed in advance. While we feel that the issue was not fully resolved DAK did remove some of the fee and we were appreciative for that. Overall our experience was positive and we would recommend DAK Drilling & Well Service."

Firman who did a water well test for us, which is highly recommended before you buy a piece of property with a well on it (this is a game changer and protects your investment or saves you a disastrous mistake if the well is bad or a low producer), and of course Aly who helps hold down the fort. She was quick with quotes, getting questions answered if she did not all ready know, having team member's call me back to get technical questions answered, parts ordered and tracking, ect. I think having someone who always answer's the phone and returns phone calls in a day sets them apart from the competition!
