Eagle Point Apartments

"Woke up this morning and I plus 7 other cars where booted for “expired registration” when my registration is valid. You have to wait up to 12 hrs for someone to come and pay $80 to have it removed. This makes no sense. Even cops give a warning to get registration taken care of just incase the owner was unaware. How do they expect people to want to renew the lease when this is only one of the many problems encountered at these apartments. Don’t even get me started on them shutting off the water every week pretty much. Don’t move here. God forbid you don’t register your car the same day it expires otherwise you and like 10 other people will be paying $80 ea. SCAM."

"While the staff is friendly, that is the only good thing about these apartments. I have rooms in my 2 bed that do not receive air, even though maintenence has come out to look at them. Water is shut off almost monthly for one reason or another. My partner's car was broken into twice, they made a big deal about repaving and fixing pot holes in the lot that reappeared two weeks later. Communal driers are hit or miss and it is a waste to pay an additional 1.80 for a second dry. My living room ceiling started leaking the Saturday of Christmas and is still leaking even though they claim to have had roofers fix the leak. Maybe that is why I haven't heard anything from maintenence about fixing the interior of the apartment, which now has very obvious water damage. Windows won't lock and the door can be so fickle that you have to body slam it one week then struggle to keep it closed to lock the next. I cannot get out of here faster."

"I just went through one of the most stressful moves of my life. The least stressful part has been working with the incredible staff at Eagle Point apartments. Alyssa, Monique, and Veronica are the most hard working, patient, and helpful leasing staff I have ever worked with. No matter the challenge, they rose to the occasion and made sure that I was completely satisfied and happy. I would highly recommend and encourage anyone looking to rent in Albuquerque to visit Eagle Point apartments. I also want to mention that the complex itself is in a great area where you can feel safe and with plenty of stores and services nearby. I’m grateful to have chosen Eagle Point and hope to be here for many years to come."

"I hate it here! It seemed like a very nice and beautiful place to live. Our leasing agent was super sweet at first. However after being here for 7months our water has constantly been turned off. And now the water heater is “under repair” constantly leaving us with no hot water for days on end. Not happy with this. If I could rate it a negative five I would. Do. Not. Rent. Here. Period."

"I am very happy with Eagle Point Apartments and want to give others an honest review in their search. Monique in the front office is wonderful! Her kindness and warmth are palpable and I appreciate all her help in leading us to choose this apartment as a home. I was able to walk through the actual apartment and I appreciated that as other complexes would state that we would not be able to see the actual apartment before paying the app & deposit fees. That's a big deal when you are putting up a lot of money not to see the place you're going to live in for the next year! Any questions I had or phone calls were answered quickly. The move-in process was very easy. The apartment was clean and move-in ready. While it is still early in living here, the grounds are clean, has been quiet and very happy with the decision to live here."
