"Update: We moved out due to price increases when new management took over. We were so very sad to leave, and would have stayed if rent wasn’t going up so astronomically. Linda and Joseph, mentioned in the original review, also left about the same time we did, so I cannot speak about the current management/maintenance, etc. Original review: Small, well kept community. Linda, the office manager is absolutely wonderful. Joseph, the maintenance manager is fantastic, both very friendly. Every question, maintenance fix, or anything else is handled very respectfully and timely. I can’t say enough good things about this complex, but these two make it even more wonderful. Our grounds are always kept clean and maintained, which does come with a monthly price. I do not mind paying extra per month for this upkeep and community, but it is something to be aware of. There’s common area electric and common area gas charge added to each months utility bill. I would say average is $60 a month for both."

"Been here for over 3 years. I love everything about this property. Great grounds, great management, responsive and great maintenance, and nice sized apartments. All maintenance request are settled in a Timely manner and expectations are exceeded. Parking can get a little tight on weekends but there is covered parking available to rent. There was a 20% rent increase in 2021 which sucked, but other apartments are similarly priced."

"Rancho Verde apartments are huge and beautiful. Love the grounds it's like living in the mountains. Great office staff and Joseph the maintenance guru is the best and on top of things. Things like the pool and hot tub, and fire pit haven't been working in awhile. Miss the hot tub. Party room is the best I've ever seen, and gym is nice. Our utilities are pretty high we pay all the common area fees. Otherwise great experience to live here!"
