I had an incident I went thru and instead of talking about it to me in private she discussed it in front of people and didn’t even let me explain she literally told my business in front of her colleague she claimed some things that she couldn’t show proof about. She wouldn’t even let me speak. She is so unprofessional and rude. I can’t stand speaking to her, she needs to learn how to talk to people."

"The gates have been broken several times since I've been coming here to visit. I was here 2 days ago and my catalytic converter was stolen. Now I'm out of pocket $2,500 and I don't even live here. My aunt's car was also stolen here earlier in the year. This place is a dump and management doesn't care."

"This place picks and chooses who they work with even if you pass their application. this client had a voucher and made over 21.00 an hour. They were willing to accept her until they found out she only had a voucher because she was previously homeless. She was only going to use the voucher for the deposit and rent then take over the rent herself after. They stated they chose not to work with any voucher that houses homeless families. Antonia stated that Julianne her Regional Manager made it like this for all their properties."

"I lived here for two years and it honestly is a HIDDEN GEM. I'd say the first 6 months there were a lot of notices for inspections and bug sprays, but I honestly didn't mind it. They gave you AT LEAST A 2 DAYS NOTICE ahead of time and I felt that worked fine with me. I lived downstairs and never heard loud noises besides what you would expect (kids yelling at their video games or children running around). If you hate noise, the maybe this is not the place for you, but everyone who I lived next to followed the Quiet Hours rule (which is 10pm-7am). Maintenance requests were always fixed the same day and the staff is SO NICE and patient. They are very understanding and good with communication. The area also has very low crime rates and its a gated community, so you can trust your vehicle won't get stolen. OVERALL: 10/10, the neighborhood keeps to themselves, follows Quiet Hours, staff is friendly and understanding, and maintenance requests are ALWAYS fixed within 2 days."

"I guarantee anyone that left a good review was one of the owners friends. If you can pay a little more to life somewhere else, do it. It's aweful. Thin walls. It's annoying! Every single month I've lived here there's some kind of "inspection" for fire extinguishers, next month the need to inspect electric work,and the week after they need to spray for bugs. It's honestly invasive and won't let you schedule it. They give you 24 hour notice and if you're like me and work 9 to 5, they will be in your home while you're not there. So sick of this. I pay 800 to be vilated every month and hear my neighbor and my neighbor hear me. It's trash."
