"I wish I could describe in detail my experience with management and security personnel. But actually fear retaliation from management if I do. So I won't describe my horrible experience."
"ONE year in. Worst experience ever. I felt safer living in a tent in Americas most dangerous park. The staff is unaccessible and extremely rude. They act with impunity and have lied to My face, stolen from my place. All the while claiming The Right to do whatever they want because it's "Private " Property. They don't care one bit about the tenants safety and Security is non-existent except to torment the tenants by towing their cars and randomly enforcing the rules while they ignore their own responsibilities. The Property is in such disrepair that the City housing authority won't honor housing vouchers because they fail so many inspections. Nothing is as advertised, NO pool, NO on-site laundry, NO security system or visible security officers. ANd NO maintenance for the residents. The grounds are in total chaos and trash is overwhelming. Then there's the squatters and the homeless population that outnumber the rent paying residents , who are ever-present. Living openly on the patios ofr vacant units or actually INSIDE THE UNITS. When confronted or run out return almost immediately and carry on as before without penalty or consequence. Some have been here continuously for YEARS. DO NOT RENT HERE OR DO SO AT YOUR OWN PERIL.. GOOD LUCK"
