"This apartment has been the worst experience of my entire life. I have not had a moment of respite in this complex. My wife and I moved in around July of last year and were dismayed to learn that our move in would be delayed due to a tenant still living in our unit. We learned these things the day before our move in when we had scheduled to do a tour of the unit we were specifically moving into. The management then notified us that this was not possible as a tenant was "legally" living there and his or her paperwork "fell through the cracks" the night before. The manager allowed us to use a garage in order to store our belongings in and we were required to live in a hotel as we were dependent upon that move in date and signed our lease about 30 days prior. Hotels as you know are not cheap and are about 3 to 4 times rent cost per day. Upon official move in the manager confirmed with us that the unit was cleaned and turned over for us to live in. We arrived and to our disgust there was a black material stained all over the floor and the unit was filthy. Shortly after move in we discovered hundreds of ants in various places around the unit and management confirmed that pest control would be by to clear that up and 7 months later we still have issues. We also discovered that our gas was not hooked up and the apartment was responsible for and had to call the gas company. There were a multitude of other maintenance issues with the unit including but not limited to appliances being at least 20 years old and some were not even in working condition. We were told we could upgrade to stainless steel appliances for a small fee per month and when installed the technicians looked homly and unprofessional and caused damage to the vinyl floors. They did not give me time to even empty out my freezer which I had to do outside where the appliances were left in the middle of the walkway for days at a time. The most important maintenance issue we had was that the master bedroom would drop to 62 degrees Fahrenheit at random times during the day and maintenance found that wires were not even connected/were broken in the heater and thermostat. Each time they showed up maintenance confirmed that there were issues but reported nothing wrong with the unit. I am very displeased with the behaviors of office staff. Many times I called and or emailed staff/property manager and my wife and I were gas lit multiple times and at one point I was yelled at on the phone and told that I said things which I did not and treated me very poorly when I told her I understood what she said from the beginning saying "your not listening to me". I was aware the entire time what she was saying and do not understand this behavior. Many times when I emailed the property manager she would respond saying I never said something when it was in my first emails to them...they don't read them. There have been countless incidents of someone shutting off power to our building and the individual has not been caught (confirmed by pnm and the office staff) as well as people knocking on our windows at and beyond midnight as well as smoking outside our windows (which the property is smoke free). These individuals have been putting out cigarettes on our window. When we have complained about these safety issues (and health hazards) the manager ultimately said we had no proof for these things even though there are multiple conversations with them and images sent to the office confirming these things. We notified the office of a strange smell in the unit back in September of 2023 and nothing was done about this issue as we developed health issues. Recently we discovered mold in the guest bedroom and when reported to the office and maintenance emergency line we were told that maintenance would be out to swab for mold and fix a hole in the window which he sprayed moldicide and did not test for mold saying he already sprayed. Management is not professional or truthful and claimes they did not say things which were told us via phonecall.* More lies in the reply and they can't seem to read.*"

"I recently moved here (around two weeks ago) and my apartment is beautiful, staff and neighbors are very friendly, but the parking here is awful. Every night I’d you aren’t home by 8-9pm, you’ll hunt for a parking spot. I just circled both the North and South properties 4 times to find a parking spot and finally found one in front of the leasing office. It is now 1:43am and I arrived at 1:20 am. Twenty three minutes to find a parking spot. This is going to be a rough 12 months."

"Eagle Ranch Apartments are very clean apartments, and are always attentive to our needs when it comes to billing or maintenance requests. For example, our dryer broke and we called it in the same day and we got a brand new dryer the same day. I love it here, and I would highly recommend this place to someone looking."

Informing information about your properties, getting keys remade, and the front house men and women are always generous, smiling, and happy to help. During the holidays they make it open to the public to come and enjoy, snacks, goodies, and just enjoyments in the front house."

"I’ve lived here for just over a year now and it’s been nothing but good experiences. The office staff is so kind and welcoming. They are always so helpful. If you need something fixed, they will always take care of it in a timely manner. The maintenance staff are just as kind and they care about the families that live here. My apartment is spacious and I love the high ceilings. Last summer my AC went out and they fixed it within a day, it’s been running great ever since. When the ceiling light in my kitchen went out, they replaced it with a brand new fixture. For the price and location, I don’t think it could get any better. I’m very happy to be a resident here and plan to stay here for a few more years until I’m able to buy my own home. Highly recommend Eagle Ranch Apartments!"
