"First the person who took the call told my partner and I that the technician would take 15 mins to get to us. The technician went past 30 mins. Then made us show him exactly where the keys were in the car and made us feel like we were trying to break into someone else’s car when our car was the only one in the parking lot of a fast food place because while we waited for him the place closed. Then he told us we had to pay over a hundred dollars. I thought this company was supposed to have affordable prices. However when we said we didn’t have that amount of money and we were going to call another locksmith, he begin to pressuring us into using his services! It was cold we had already been waiting to get into our car for an hour and we waited some more just arguing with the technician that we didn’t have the money to use their services. After more arguing he settled with us paying what money we had in cash. There was no professionalism. We were not happy with this company at all and won’t be using them ever again."
