"I would highly recommend going elsewhere to get your taxes done. My husband and I went to this firm for many years (at least 14 years) and dealt with Corey. This year we took our business elsewhere due to the errors of Corey for the last 2 consecutive years in a row. We had another firm look at our taxes from the previous years. Turns out Corey overlooked our withholding from the IRS in 2021 causing us to miss out on $3300 and our withholdings from the state in 2020. We had to pay the state over $4,000 when in reality we only owed $900. We paid another firm to file our amendments. I wrote Wendy a letter and sent it the mail asking to be reimbursed. She let Corey respond in an email (from his personal email). He took responsibility yet laughed at the situation at the same time. His arrogance is shocking. He suggested his errors worked out “in your favor” . He said the company policy doesn’t allow them to reimburse us for using another tax company. However, we PAID COREY DIRECTLY. HE REQUESTED WE MAKE OUR CHECKS OUT TO HIM DIRECTLY. I suggested he reimburse us since we paid him and not the company. Of course he hasn’t responded. I also sent him and Wendy copies of our checks that were made out to him. This company is a joke. Suspicious business practices"
"just know that the ONE bad review on here is from a crazy person lol. You can easily tell because only crazy people leave story book reviews. Some people are just impossible to work with and I can assure that, that one person is probably the only bad review this place will get. (obviously if they had to call the cops on the guy, HE was the one causing problems) A tax Solution is a family owned and run business. Wendy has been doing Taxes since 18 years old and is the kindest, most understanding person you will get doing your taxes plus very knowledgeable. Denise is a pro at understanding and doing Payroll and Bookkeeping plus helps with taxes as well. They have the best prices you will find as well."
