"We had a backed up sewer line on a Saturday afternoon. The first plumbing service we called said they would get back with us. Never did in a reasonable time. The second company came out quickly but only brought a 50 foot snake with no cutter blade. After trying for a while, they couldn't fix the problem at all but still charged us well over 100 Dollars. Then we called Roto-Rooter. They sent Lukas, a very friendly and knowledgable plumber who had the right equipment (a heavy-duty 100+ feet long snake with a cutter blade) and could clear our sewer line within half an hour. The service was not cheap but also came with a 30 day warranty and made us happy. We will never bother with anyone else in the future but Roto-Rooter."

"So Jebb and his partner showed up after we requested our kitchen and bathroom sink needed a snake. They stated it would be $230.00 before tax!!! Suspicious and smart enough to know we were being taken advantage of, we declined and he said we “could go to Home Depot and buy a snake”. So we called StrongBuilt and they had a nice little special running. They competed the job for us for only $31.28!!!! Nearly $200.00 less than Roto-Rooter Plumbers! Shame on you all for charging folks this much for a snaking!? The guys from StrongBuilt completed the job quickly, efficiently, and they were incredibly friendly. It took all of 35 minutes. I would strongly urge you to get pricing elsewhere….That was not just profit they were seeking, but a robbery."

"Everyone was super duper friendly and I got so lucky that they could come out and take care of me on that day. They did a wonderful job. My only complaint is that it is way too expensive for an average person. There should be an option to unplug it once and go. Some people don't want a one-year warranty and they most definitely don't have $300 to put out."
