"Receptionists are super friendly, but massage therapists, not so much, at least the two that I worked with on two separate occasions. They acted like it was an inconvenience to massage my elderly grandmother, who is fully coherent and capable. Although every initial visit requires an intake form to list any issues, both therapists failed to ask if she had any special needs which she does not and were bothered that I did not want to stay in the room and wanted to allow my grandmother a relaxing time and come assist her to get dressed at the end. When I agreed to stay, the therapist said I could leave but to come back at 12:45 to help her get dressed. I stated that it was already 12:07 and this would be 38 minutes massage time. The therapist said this was to allow more time to get dressed. I stated that it takes her just a few minutes to get dressed. She then stated that she just said to come early because people drop their elderly loved ones off like it’s a babysitter… she continued to go back and forth trying to defend her actions while massaging my grandmother as if she wasn’t there and encouraging me to file a complaint against the last therapist to get free time. I don’t want free time. In fact, I never want to return. It was super awkward and unprofessional. Massage was subpar, rooms aren’t very clean or relaxing. Overall not a great place."

"I was so excited to try this place. I have never had a massage before and I took a day off to treat myself to a “self care” day. One hour before my scheduled massage with Toni, I get an email stating that my appointment was cancelled. I was heartbroken, like I said I took a day off work for this and now it was all for nothing. They didn’t bother trying to get me to re-schedule ASAP either. I was told their next available spot was in a week. As If I can afford to take another day off for this. I am really disappointed with how it was handled. If Toni was “sick” then why not message me earlier so I could try and find another spa appointment elsewhere? They also claim to have sent me their intake sheet and I never got that either. Overall I wasted PTO for this. Wouldn’t recommend"
