"This buisness is so Shady. They gave my daughter B.S Run around tryn to get her car out. Her name was on the registration and it was up fer renewal this month but they told her she can't take possession of the car with out proper registration. All an all this company needs to stop their B.S and do right.. customer service is poor as heck as well.. I suggest find a different tow company if you need your vehicle towed."

"Literally the shadiest ever. Been there to pick up my vehicle 3 times. Every single time someone gives a new bonehead excuse y they can't let me have it just so they can keep my brand new items and car and add more fee's. Been a month now. Just give me my truck Edit. I can. And have. And the rest of the proof is in the vehicle in question. But I can't get it because you don't want to allow me access to it. But thanks for proving my point. "Their drivers like to ride all up on your behind! As a Class A cdl holder who drive bigger than these trucks. It is illegal to be that close to the car in front of you in a CMV!!! My daughter was driving and this truck almost hit her when she was stop legally at a stop sign by going around her in the left turn lane trying to cut in front and then this was at a stop light a mile or so away from first interaction! You drivers need to learn the law and stop trying to push other drivers out of your way cause u need to get somewhere 10 second earlier! I was unable to get the actual truck number but was headin south on 314 about 11:00 to 11:30 this morning!"

"Me being pregnant and my fiance recently got in an accident THAT WAS NOT OUR FAULT and totalled the front end of my car and this service was not helpful at all instead of helping we completely got ripped off and were charged 400 dollars to get our crashed car back home they should be ashamed of themselves for working for a place that rips people off during their time of need..
