"I own Dailey’s Pool Services LLC here in Albuquerque, nm. I came to Ms. Bell and went to her house met with her gave her all my information and my children’s so we could get started. I later brought all my receipts to prove expenses and she refused to enter each receipt so I could itemize all my costs for the business etc. I told her you have to do this I’m a small business LLC and she told me no that she was going to file my taxes through a schedule A, I told her she needed to file a schedule C. She became outraged and started yelling at me and I told her just to give back my paper work and receipts and I’ll find some one else and told her I would be over to pick them up. I went over and she refused to answer her door and started texting me tax information and photos I told her to stop and she said she would drop my stuff off at my house witch never happened so I filed a report online cause it’s civil. Then I get a letter inn the mail that my address was changed. Be careful with who you trust with your paperwork"
"Worst service do not go. I’m a small business owner and normally all previous tax people I had doing my LLC SMALL BUSINESS WOULD FILE A SCHEDULE C AND MS BELL WAS TRYING TO FORCE ME INTO FILING MY TAXES UNDER A SCHEDULE A. I TOLD HER SHE WAS WRONG AND IF SHE WAS NOT GOING TO FILE A SCHEDULE C TO GIVE ME ALL MY PAPERWORK AND EXPENSES RECEIPTS TO PROVE ALL MY EXPENSES. SHE BECAME OUTRAGED AND STARTED SENDING ME SCREENSHOTS OF MY PERSONAL BANKING INFORMATION THROUGH TEXT I TOLD HER I DONT WANT MY PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUR MY BUSINESS BEING SENT LIKE THAT SHE REFUSED TO f GIVE ME BACK MY TAX DOCUMENTS ANS THEN TRIED FILEING MY RETURN AFTER I FIRED HER NOW IM STUCL TRYING TO PROVE MY EXPENSES AND TAX HISTORY WITHOUT ALL THE RECEIPTS OF EXPENSES FOR TWO YEARS WORTH. THIS LADY SHOULD NOT BE DOING TAXES. I SHOULVE NEVER AGREED TO FIX HER PLUMBING IM HER HOME IN EXCHANGE FOR SERVICES AFTER ALREADY DOING THE WORK IN ADVANCE. ONE DAY AT A TIME PEPOLE JUST BECAUSE THEIR ON GOOGLE DOSENT MEAN THEY ARE HONEST OR HARD WORKING IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER BE AWARE OF WHO YOU GIVE PRECIOUS PAPERWORK THATS CONFIDENTIAL GOOD LUCK SHOP GOOD BEFORE HIRING AND BEWARE OF PEOLE LIKE MS BELL A WOLF IN SHEEPS CLOTHING."
