"went to this place after a car accident, here i am a year later getting back into PT because these guys chased me out and made me feel like i was better than i actually was. Charlie ( i think his name was?) made me feel like i was an annoyance to him, like all the questions i had were stupid ones. He would even respond in condescending ways, like i asked "is it supposed to hurt this much?" and his response was "well did you think it was going to be painless?" and walked off. so unprofessional, very rude, very abrasive. if you have a choice for PT, dont go here"

"The therapist are great!!! They make you feel welcomed and comfortable. They care about helping you work towards getting better. The front office though is not the best…the only place in town I have been that asks if you are having Covid symptoms and then tell you to take your temperature. Doesn’t make sense and it’s dumb."
