"Nora is very attentive, and I have been recommending her all over town and any chance I get. I felt seen and listened to and heard and that she is quite knowledgeable. I had a double mastectomy without reconstruction, and I have keyloid scarring and she has really worked with my scars as well as helped me increase my range of motion. In addition, my shoulder was out of alignment and because of the pulling/scarring and she also helped me become painfree in just one visit. Her exercises that she recommended also continued to help my scars heal as well as keep my range of motion. I feel totally cared for and that she understands that healing is a collaborative endeavor. "In 2010 I had prostate cancer, I did radiation therapy.I had so many problems due to the radiation. I have been living with this since. After 12 years I had enough. I finally found that there is physical Therapy for men who have been through prostate cancer. In 2022 I started pt with another place but they were not so male friendly. I called Method Physical Therapy, working with Katie and Genevieve has been a blessing. I'm finely able to get out without having to worry about a restroom nearby. I have less pain.
