"I called on 9/25/23 to schedule an appointment for my daughter who is 15. I was advised by Gaby that would take 4 to 6 weeks to get my daughter in to see a therapist. Gaby advised me that she would call back when an appointment was available. I waited 5 weeks, and never heard back anyone to schedule an appointment, let alone getting in to see a therapist within in the time frame provided. I'm not sure about the quality of the therapy, but I can state from my experience that the scheduling department fell well below reasonable expectations."
"I have been doing therapy here since last September. I lost my job a little over a month ago. The benefits that I had unfortunately did not cover my last session with my therapist. I was in a tough bind when I was told I had to fork over more money because my insurance had expired. As someone who is pursuing a psychology degree, I would have offered a payment plan or something more affordable. I was also communicated through text instead of over the phone, which made my anxiety worse. I liked my therapist, but I will not be returning to Trail Ahead Therapy. It's already hard enough to find a mental health provider in this state."
"This is a beautiful group practice. Firstly, the physical space is gorgeous, clean, and calming! They follow strict Covid protocols so it feels safe as well. The therapists at this practice are excellent at providing supportive, nonjudgmental care. I want to especially applaud Lucia, the director of the practice.
