"My counselor, Teresa, is amazing. I’ve been seeing her about a year and she has truly helped me become aligned with who I truly am and know myself to be. She is patient, kind, and creative when talking with me. I hope I will continue to get to see her! Unfortunately, what this office lacks, is a quality administrator. Michelle, although she started off strong, has proved time and time again that she is unable to do her job with urgency. There has been several times where she will not email me back at all! It’s like pulling teeth to get her assistance. If you have the time, patience and energy to be the one to follow up with people, then this place is for you. Otherwise, you could probably find an awesome counselor with better administrative staff who actually cares about their patients."
