I share this with you because approximately 4 years ago just shortly after my dad passed, I had moved here from MI to fulfill a promise to my parents. As I was able, I would keep them both in there home until they pass. One morning I went to start the coffee with no water. In the desert with the temperature exceeded 100 degrees that is an ominous feeling. We had emergency's water and started rationing. Called Shirley the matriarch of the family and the face of their business. Sherley assess the situation hearing that we had water and the ability to get more. She notified us that she had several customers in line, but that she would try and be there before the end of days business or the next day. She was there assess the situation. They ended up coming out and doing some repairs to the pumps wiring and lowering the pump. The water table was low from 20+ years of drought. We continue to have wonderful water to this day, although we are always aware of the respect we must have in the desert for water. "Water is the blood of the Earth,' I have tremendous respect for Sherley and her entire well drilling and maintenance crew/family Their attention to detail tireless work ethic and excellence in service. Speak highly of them people, and as servants to this community, I commend these servants for their excellent work and continue to recommend them to anyone that has a need and an ear to listen . We don't always get the family we want, but we can choose those people we call family. I am grateful to Shirley and hers and am grateful to call them a part of my Deming desert family. "Our well stopped pumping water. There was several things that could have created the problem. Shirley, Cooper and staff worked like a well oiled machine. They are methodical. I identified what I thought was a burned out pump monitor. They could have sold me another one without question. They test the system, it was working fine they did not sell me something I didn’t need. They followed their experience and training, dropped the inline well pump 7ft and filled our cistern. Our water is working perfectly. They taught me how to maintain my system. I about fell over when I got the bill. These angels battled the sun for long hours doing hard work, with heavy tools. It was 105 degrees according to my thermometer. I had to go in and set down because of the heat. The Rasberry crew continued to sweat! Thank you Shirley, Cooper and the other two amazing people who made it so that mom, I and our animal/bird friends have clean delicious water to drink. If I could give 10 stars I would! Thank you to these kind people that go above and beyond anything that Jim Shoup could ever expect. Thank you for your service!"

"Rasberry Well & Pump did a fabulous job responding to my pump quiting on me. I was 265 miles from home, my son called me stating he had no water. I called them on a Saturday around 3:30 pm and they went out immediately to find the problem. My pump failed. They worked all weekend in the heat . Sunday he had water. Great full. Customer for life!!! Thank u very much!!"
