"They left without me even though I had a reservation and was on time. I arrived before the shuttle was supposed to leave to an empty check in desk, called the office and was told that I wasn't on that shuttle, that I was on a shuttle 90min later, which was totally not what the email reservation said. They wouldn't evenWhat's the point of taking reservations and airline details of you don't have the common courtesy to hold the reservation, or reach out to the customer and notify them that you are bumping them. They wouldn't even call the driver, they didn't know the number...I'll never use this "service" again."

"Driver was completely unprofessional. First, he did not have my reservation information. Second, he yelled and cussed the whole time he was checking me in. Then, he yelled and cussed during the trip. He kept talking about how much he loves the president. I would not have even got in the van with him except it was my only choice for a ride to Santa Fe. He was a totally angry creepo. At least it was cheap. But I don’t know how this shuttle service will survive only taking one person at a time and giving such a foul service. I will never ride with them again. Next time I will just spring for an Uber."
"Used to get from airport to Santa Fe. Staff was very friendly. Be sure to book in advance especially if you are returning from Santa Fe and want to be at the airport at a specific time. There are a limited number of reasonably priced shuttle options in the area."
