"HORRIBLE transport company. I work for a medical facility and we have patients who use this company to bring them to their appointments. and pick them up from their appointments. This company takes hours to pick up their customers. On two separate occasions the facility has had to call to find out where their ride was and why on earth it was taking literally hours for them to be picked up. One lady we spoke with told us to tell the customer to use another transport company. Use any other company. These people could care less about their customers and they treat them like dirt. It is so sad and extremely disturbing."
