Very efficient and effective service all around. There was an issue related to my ip#, and I was contacted immediately and issue was resolved within a couple of minutes."

"OMG!! "THE TAX PRO" David W. didn't want to explain or talk to me about my taxes. I informed him he needs to explain to me what he is doing... be aware of this "tax pro" He has very poor customer service!!!!"

"Everything seemed perfect up until yesterday night. I scheduled an appointment on 1/16 started my return, told the tax preparer David Whitley I wanted to apply for the refund advance and wanted it on the emerald card. Was told it was going to be put on hold due to a software issue. Was told to come back to finish, sign and accept. Was never given a hard copy of the return. Never received the emerald card, was told it would be mailed to me in 5-7 business days. I thought everything was fine because I was told I was approved and my card would be sent to me. Well I messaged my tax preparer on the block app and asked if I could possibly get the card number or if there were any other options to get the advance sooner. I stressed how much I needed money asap as I was recently laid off and all my savings were used up. Living with family temporarily and needed to move out of state with my two small children. He told me I needed to call emerald. Well come to find out, I was told by another tax preparer that I should’ve been given the card the day I signed! And that David never applied for the advance! And of course it was already to late to try and apply because IRS already approved. I don’t think this man knew what he was doing, he kept saying how I was his first client and rushed through everything! He even spelt my kids last name wrong and never added the daycare taxes I paid last year. Other than lack of attention to detail. I wouldn’t recommend David. This was my first year filing with H&R Block and my last. I’ll stick to Turbo tax and Gilbert Sanchez."
