Than click, she hung up on me. With no call back or anything. If someone has a loved who passed away. There should be some type of response my condolences, or I'm sorry for your lose. NOTHING!! Just a ugh let me get to my desk than hang up on me!! You lady are a horrible person. Something like this will happen to you and karma will come your way with how horrible you are!!. TurboTax maybe my way now"

"I ended up getting my tax preparations fees completely refunded after tax preparer Leslie Coriz made a five-figure mistake on my 2022 taxes whereby I had to go to an outside tax preparation company to have my taxes amended. In addition, several of the staff members, as well as District Office Manager Cecilia Uebel never returned my repeated calls for help which required my contacting the corporate office for a solution as well as my refund. This was my first- and last-time using H&R Block."
