"I adore my doctor and the front desk staff are always so pleasant and welcoming and in the best moods. I see they deal with so much and remain professional and caring at all times. I’m very happy with the care I’m receiving so far. I feel well taken care of and in good hands."

"I’m not happy with the care I’m receiving, It’s almost as if my OBGYN thinks I’m being dramatic when I tell him I’m in pain and I don’t think it’s in relation to my baby. He basically made it seem impossible to get a hysterectomy, didn’t ask me why or how or what is the reason for me requesting so. No information on how to get approved for one which is sad enough to say anyways.. this is my 2nd child I Will be having another C-section come December and I do not want to just be “sterile” because my tubes are tied. My family has a long history of uterine problems which causes most of us to get hysterectomy’s anyways. Why wait till I’m in my 40s or 50s and have yet another major surgery when we can get this whole thing on the go now. I don’t want anymore kids and it should be my choice to do so."

"I went in there today for my appointment. I have been bleeding for over 14 days and was late by 8 minutes to my appointment and they said they could not see me. Can I just ask where the grace is for your patients?? Then your med A and secretary acted as if they didn't need to tell me to go to the ER if it gets worse...I suggested it. That was the worst experience I have ever had. Think I may be changing clinics."

"First, office staff is fantastic - friendly, helpful and just amazing. Docs on the other hand are sooooo slow, and quite frankly not really accurate either. I saw one doctor for an issue I was having - she ordered an ultrasound. Took 3 weeks and 2 phone calls to actually get the orders entered. Once I had the ultrasound, it took 3 MONTHS to get the results, despite calls and my chart requests for information. This was a condition where I was in major pain (like worse then any one of my surgeries). This doc also had weird concerns about things I didn't even bring up - like she said my celiac disease caused scaring in my tissue. Um, what? Based on what information? And couldn't remember that I had a hysterectomy for the 10 minutes she was with me. Second doc was fantastic, but after almost 4 weeks has yet to submit the notes from my visit, so I am not getting scheduled for surgery and life is just kind of up in the air. It's honestly like they're all just too busy to care at the level they should (which is caused by insurance, I know). Sad."

"When I was pregnant with my first baby Dr Edison etsity was nice but rushed my appointments , didn’t check me after I had my baby and now I’m having issues and none of the doctors here want to even look at me or help me. I had the worst delivery experience as well . I told one nurse I was exhausted because I was in labor for 50 hours. She told me with her exact words “ you don’t know what tired is “ and started laughing. Only one nurse out of the whole bunch was caring about my pain and my birth . I will not be coming back if I decide to have another baby . Now 6 months later I’m having several issues and a nurse told me over the phone that two periods in one month is not a concern. When in fact IT IS. They refuse to even see me . The front desk people are rude, I’m thinking this is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Nurses aren’t going for the passion of helping others no more they are just all in it for the money they don’t care for us as patients . I say go somewhere else if you’re wanting a better experience because they act like you’re crazy here when you have concerns."
