Amor Flowers

"Ok, now tried to get flowers delivered to my wife for our anniversary since I’m outta town and physically can’t be there. I’ve always passed this flower shop and thought to placed an order online for delivery. Got an email on the day of our anniversary at 1030am saying they cannot deliver due to being out of the delivery area, which my house is about 4-5 miles from their shop. I kindly responded and was told bluntly, “We delivered to this area before and don’t plan on going there again.” also that they are out of roses. So long story short, a good owner of an establishment would go above and beyond to render assistance and help make our special day more special. But sounds like we were judged because of a few bad apples in our area and now they plan not to deliver there or to our address. Amor Flowers, I heard nothing but good things about your establishment and your email to me was very off putting, as you read in my email, I even asked for special accommodation due to it being our anniversary, but none was given. Now to wait 3 to 5 business days for my refund. Not the way a mom and pop establishment should be ran! You try and stay local to help the community but then this type of stuff happens. Not tying to steer anyone away from Amor Flowers but just needed to voice my experience…"

"When I phoned the late afternoon yesterday to see if we could get a floral arrangement made for a funeral this morning, the gentleman told me that persons who make the arrangements were already gone for the day. He indicated that he gets in early and he would accommodate us, which he did. We were able to pick out two beautiful arrangements to take with us. I didn’t get his name but appreciate his kindness. Thank you Sir."

"So this florist got all our information and had the audacity to blame us for wrong information. We ordered a beautiful plant to b delivered to our family there in belen n.m. for a cousin who passed away. They ended up delivering the plant to my address. I call the gentleman there at a amore and he does not take responsibility for his mistake. He didn't even send the florist here enough money for the plant. So you guys I recommend do not use amore florist."
