IMHO she IS WORTH the extra money if in fact they are higher than others. If you have complex tax situations there is no one better!"
"Consumer beware, they get you coming and going. I refused to pay for tax preparations at a ridiculous price. They are charging over 100 then other cpas in town. Keep in mind H and R won't give you your W2s back, if you decide not to pay their prices. They will hold your W2s hostage till you pay them 100.00,. Update. H AND R. Sent my taxes in without me reviewing the info sent in. Now I'm worried about my personal information."
"A complete and total rip off. Out taxes were "filed" with the wrong name and social security number, even though she had at least 5 documents with the correct information. When we complained, she said we would get a partial refund...it was a gift cert. for this years taxes...like we would go back. She definitely had a major bad attitude, and she should not be doing taxes for anyone! Only gave her one star because I head to to continue with this post. Beware!!!!!!"
