"Dr. Kho is the stuff legends are made of, the highest order of physician. She is at the top of her field in terms of knowledge, respect, and skill and went to battle with my fibroids and endometriosis this past Monday. She prioritized my career and well-being over her own convenience and time, and over the course of an 8 hour surgery, she heroically removed 9 fibroids and multiple endometrioma. After it was all over, she was there with her sunny self to happily give me a celebratory high five and a hug! Honestly, I'm just eternally grateful. She is a game-changer in my life. THANK YOU, Dr. Kho and your team! They're #1"
"Dr. Kho and staff made me feel so comfortable from the jump. I started off really nervous about getting surgery, but Dr. Kho’s knowledge and answers to all my questions made me feel so at ease. Thank you Dr. Kho and to your amazing staff!!!"
"**UPDATE** I don't know why doctor's like her think women do not feel pain and she is a woman! She performed a uterine biopsy and it was the worst pain I've ever felt in my life! It's doctor's like this and her that make seeking care difficult. Most of us will hold off as long as possible and seek care at the last minute because of doctor's false and textbook notion that we don't feel pain. Our bodies feels pain down there!"
"I came in for a well women exam and talk with her about continuing hormone replacement therapy. As an older woman, I haven’t been to a gynecologist in a long time. Dr. Kho came in the room and was speaking very fast and i went from getting a well woman exam to her doing a uterine biopsy. I have never felt pain like that in my life. I was yelling for her to stop and felt devalued and very violated. After all that, she then told me their office doesn’t even prescribe HRT under any circumstances. If I had been told this from the beginning (and I did ask) I never would’ve been seen by her. Dr. Kho should have taken more time to walk me through exactly what she was going to do. She also should have said from the beginning that she doesn’t prescribe the medication I was there for. This doctor doesn’t have the right to call herself a professional."
"The WORST experience ever!!! This was my first time visiting with this doctor and I waited 30 minutes or more before she entered the exam room. She asked repetitive questions which was aggravating. I sked if she could just look in MyChart saidshe wanted to hear it from me. Most of the questions was from years passed. After the questioning she told me to disrobe from the waist down, she would be right back. She sent the Medical Assistant back in to assist me with disrobing. During another 15 minutes period I tapped on the door to ask the MA, Medical Assistant if she could let the doctor know that I was ready. She said yes. Now another15 minutes has lapsed so I had the MA to assist me in getting dressed. The MA, along with another staff member, NOT wearing an identification badge and NOT to mention her name being that this post will be public, helped me to get dressed. While waiting for someone in guest services to come get me to roll me downstairs because my ride was waiting, a young lady checked in and sat down beside me; she saw and heard my frustrations begin to ask me if the doctor was running late. I said I didn't and sked what doctor we're you seeing. She said, DR. KHO. My reply was, good luck There's more to my terrible experience but I will include everything when I do the survey."
